The rooms are fully air conditioned and each comes with its own private bathroom and balcony. There are 120 guest rooms in total and guests can choose from a single, double, triple or quadruple room. A maid service is provided to keep towels and sheets fresh and clean. There is internet access available via a modem in all areas at a small charge.

The hotel is equipped with its own fitness centre complete with gym and hot tub. There is also an outdoor pool with water slide for kids. There is a snack bar for a light lunch or there is a restaurant where guests can sit down to dinner. Magic Villa has its own entertainment programme suitable for children and adults alike.
